The Holly Springs Golden Hawks the visiting Millbrook Wildcats baseball team by a tally of 7-4 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Golden Hawks now hold a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cary for a Southwest Wake 4A bout on Monday, April 8. Holly Springs will face a Imps team coming off a 11-5 non-league loss to Cardinal Gibbons (Raleigh, NC). The Imps record now stands at 7-6.

Next, the Wildcats face the Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) in a Northern Athletic 4A bout, on Tuesday, April 9. Millbrook will attempt to advance on its 10-6 season record. The Wolverines enter the bout with a 10-4 record after their 6-3 league loss to Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC).
