The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL) and the host Leyden Eagles (Franklin Park, IL), saw Maine South's volleyball squad beat Leyden by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Maine South upgrades its record to 9-0 on the year. The Hawks travel to Evanston (Evanston, IL) to play the Wildkits in a bout on Tuesday, April 9. The Wildkits go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Eagles now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Conant for a non-league bout on Wednesday, May 1.
