With the win, Homestead upgrades its record to 7-9 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Willow Glen (San Jose, CA) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 6. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Willow Glen lost 2-0 in their recent league bout against Oak Grove (San Jose, CA)

The Bulldogs now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Christopher for a bout on Tuesday, April 9. Ann Sobrato will play a Cougars squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Westmont (Campbell, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 7-7.
