The Benet Academy Redwings topped the visiting Taft Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Redwings now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elk Grove for a non-league test on Saturday, April 6. Benet Academy will confront a Grenadiers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Hersey (Arlington Heights, IL). The Grenadiers record now stands at 4-4.
The Eagles (2-13) will now prepare for their game against Addison Trail (Addison, IL). The Blazers enter the non-league game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Addison Trail was dropped by Fenton (Bensenville, IL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
