The Carmel Corsairs volleyball team (Mundelein, IL), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL)

The Giants (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Niles North (Skokie, IL). The Vikings enter the Central Suburban North challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, Niles North was nudged by Fremd (Palatine, IL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Corsairs meet the Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 9. Carmel will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL).
