Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Cactus Cobras (Glendale, AZ) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 6. Goldwater will attempt to better on its 16-5 season record. The Cobras come into the match with a 5-11 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Maricopa (Maricopa, AZ).

With the loss, Desert Edge drops to 15-6 on the campaign. The Scorpions host Millennium (Goodyear, AZ) to battle the Tigers in a 5A Central Valley match on Tuesday, April 9. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 12-9. Millennium lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Cienega (Vail, AZ)
