In Saturday's non-league test, the host St. John's Cadets lacrosse squad scored a tight 12-10 victory over the Collegiate Cougars.
The Cadets now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Loyola Academy for a non-league test on Sunday, April 7. St. John's will face a Ramblers squad coming off a 18-8 non-league loss to Potomac School (McLean, VA). The Ramblers record now stands at 5-3.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Greenwich Academy Gators (Greenwich, CT) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 6. Collegiate will attempt to move on its 9-1 season record.
