Riverside Warriors (Greer, SC) followers exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting James F. Byrnes Rebels (Duncan, SC), 12-11 in a non-league battle.

The Warriors now have a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they host Catawba Ridge for a non-league battle on Monday, April 8. Riverside will clash with a Copperheads squad coming off a 25-2 league win over Mid-Carolina (Prosperity, SC). The Copperheads record now stands at 6-5.

In their next game, the Rebels clash with the Dorman Cavaliers (Roebuck, SC) in a 5A Upper District 2 battle, on Wednesday, April 10. James F. Byrnes will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record. The Cavaliers come into the battle with a 3-6 record after their 10-7 non-league loss to Clover (Clover, SC).
