West Virginia High School Lacrosse - St. Albans overwhelms Jefferson County

April 6, 2024: St. Albans, WV 25177

The St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Jefferson County Wild (Shenandoah Junction, WV), 12-2 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, St. Albans upgrades its record to 1-6 on the season. The Red Dragons travel to University (Morgantown, WV) to battle the Hawks in a WVSLA - Division I outing on Tuesday, April 9. The Hawks go into the outing with a record of 11-0. University won 17-4 in their recent non-league outing against John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV)

With the defeat, Jefferson County drops to 1-6 on the season. The Wild host Mercersburg Academy (Mercersburg, PA) to battle the Blue Storm in a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 10. The Blue Storm go into the outing with a record of 2-3.
