Pomfret School Griffins (Pomfret, CT) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Canterbury School Saints (New Milford, CT), 17-9 in a league battle.
The Griffins now own a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wilbraham & Monson Academy for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 10.
In their next game, the Saints clash with the Hamden Hall Country Day (Hamden, CT) in a non-league battle, on Monday, April 8. Canterbury School will attempt to advance on its 0-2 season record.
