Jonathan Alder Pioneers (Plain City, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Graham Local Falcons (St. Paris, OH), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Pioneers now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Watterson for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 6. Jonathan Alder will face a Eagles squad coming off a 7-4 non-league win over Marysville (Marysville, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.

With the loss, Graham Local falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Falcons host North Union (Richwood, OH) to face the Wildcats in a Central Buckeye - Mad River challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 4-3. North Union won 16-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Elgin (Marion, OH)
