The Loyola Academy Ramblers softball team (Wilmette, IL), was routed 11-7 in Saturday's non-league test with the host Metamora Redbirds (Metamora, IL)

Coming up next, the Redbirds clash with the Washington Panthers (Washington, IL) in a Mid-Illini test, on Monday, April 8. Metamora will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 4-1 record after their 16-9 non-league win over East Moline United (East Moline, IL).

The Ramblers (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Providence Catholic (New Lenox, IL). The Celtics come into the GCAC- Red test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Providence Catholic was routed by Fenwick (Oak Park, IL), 5-1, in a league test.
