Arizona High School Baseball - Ash Fork loses to Monument Valley

In Thursday's non-league game, the host Monument Valley Mustangs baseball team scored a tight 12-7 victory over the Ash Fork Spartans.
The Mustangs (3-15) will now prepare for their game against Tuba City (Tuba City, AZ). The Warriors go into the 3A North match with a 6-9 record. In their last match, Tuba City was overwhelmed by Gilbert Classical Academy (Gilbert, AZ), 13-0, in a non-league match.
The Spartans (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Mayer (Mayer, AZ). The Wildcats go into the 1A North match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Mayer edged Ash Fork (Ash Fork, AZ), 19-2, in a league match.
