The Kossuth Aggies baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Ingomar Falcons to 3 in the Aggies non-league victory on Thursday.
The Aggies (10-4) will now prepare for their match against Alcorn Central (Glen, MS). The Bears go into the 3A Region 1 match with a 8-12 record. In their last match, Alcorn Central edged Falkner (Falkner, MS), 10-0, in a non-league match.
The Falcons (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Vardaman (Vardaman, MS). The Rams go into the non-league match with a 15-3 record. In their last match, Vardaman edged Pine Grove (Ripley, MS), 7-5, in a non-league match.
