In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Valdosta Wildcats baseball team scored a nice 17-5 victory over the Woodland Wildcats.
The Wildcats (16-6) will now prepare for their game against Etowah (Woodstock, GA). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 18-4 record. In their last game, Etowah was overwhelmed by North Paulding (Dallas, GA), 7-4, in a non-league game.
The Wildcats (10-12) will now prepare for their game against Ringgold (Ringgold, GA). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 10-12 record. In their last game, Ringgold was overwhelmed by Cedartown (Cedartown, GA), 3-2, in a non-league game.
