In Thursday's non-league game, the host Centennial Coyotes baseball team scored a tight 6-2 victory over the Desert Mountain Wolves.
The Coyotes (4-2) will now prepare for their game against Gila Ridge (Yuma, AZ). The Hawks go into the game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Gila Ridge was overwhelmed by Centennial (Peoria, AZ), 12-1, in a league game.
The Wolves (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Arcadia (Phoenix, AZ). The Titans go into the game with a 3-9 record. In their last game, Arcadia tipped Apollo (Glendale, AZ), 12-2, in a non-league game.
