The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the St. George's Gryphons (Collierville, TN) and the host Memphis University Owls (Memphis, TN), saw St. George's's soccer squad beat Memphis University by a margin of 5-1.

The Gryphons now sport a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Evangelical Christian for a D II-A West 6 test on Tuesday, April 12. St. George's will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Madison (Jackson, TN). The Eagles record now stands at 5-4.

With the loss, Memphis University drops to 1-4 on the season. The Owls host Sheffield (Memphis, TN) to meet the Knights in a non-league test on Monday, April 11. The Knights come into the test with a record of 1-2. Sheffield lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Overton (Memphis, TN)
