In Friday's non-league outing, the host Nyack Red Hawks softball team scored a close 3-0 win over the Byram Hills Bobcats.

Coming up next, the Red Hawks battle the Nanuet Golden Knights (Nanuet, NY) in a Section 1 II - B outing, on Saturday, April 9. Nyack will attempt to upgrade on its 4-0 season record. The Golden Knights enter the outing with a 0-1 record after their 4-3 non-league loss to Hendrick Hudson (Montrose, NY).

The Bobcats (0-1) will now prepare for their outing against Harrison (Harrison, NY). The Huskies enter the Section 1 II - D outing with a 3-2 record.
