With the triumph, Central Cabarrus improves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Vikings host South Rowan (China Grove, NC) to clash with the Raiders in a South Piedmont 3A game on Friday, April 8. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 8-6. South Rowan lost 8-0 in their recent league game against West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the North Stanly Comets (New London, NC) in a Yadkin Valley 1A/2A game, on Friday, April 8. Mount Pleasant will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record.
