The Seneca Fighting Irish baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Beecher Bobcats to 0 in the Fighting Irish non-league victory on Friday.
The Fighting Irish (4-2) will now prepare for their match against Serena (Serena, IL). The Huskers go into the non-league match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Serena was overwhelmed by Aurora Central Catholic (Aurora, IL), 8-1, in a non-league match.
The Bobcats (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Lisle (Lisle, IL). The Lions go into the non-league match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Lisle gained a win over Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL), 11-10, in a non-league match.
