The Clarksville Academy Cougars crushed the visiting Teays Valley Vikings baseball team by a count of 9-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Davidson Academy for a D II-A Middle 4 bout on Monday, April 10. Clarksville Academy will face a Bears team coming off a 9-0 non-league loss to Science Hill (Johnson City, TN). The Bears record now stands at 11-6.
Next, the Vikings face the Logan County Cougars (Russellville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 8. Teays Valley will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 4-7 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Clarksville Academy (Clarksville, TN).
