In Friday's non-league game, the host Monrovia Wildcats baseball team scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Marshall Barristers.
The Wildcats (8-9) will now prepare for their game against Temple City (Temple City, CA). The Rams go into the Rio Hondo game with a 4-10 record. In their last game, Temple City by San Marino (San Marino, CA), 6-2, in a league game.
The Barristers (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Franklin (Los Angeles, CA). The Panthers go into the Northern game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, Franklin tipped Sotomayor (Los Angeles, CA), 4-2, in a league game.
