South Carolina High School Baseball - St. James gets by Meade County

Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the St. James Sharks (Murrells Inlet, SC) and the visiting Meade County Green Waves (Brandenburg, KY), saw St. James's baseball squad knock off Meade County by a count of 8-6.

Coming up next, the Sharks play the Conway Tigers (Conway, SC) in a 5A Region 5 battle, on Monday, April 10. St. James will attempt to move on its 11-9 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 2-8 record after their 14-4 non-league loss to James Madison (Vienna, VA).

The Green Waves now possess a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Larue County for a non-league battle on Monday, April 10. Meade County will play a Hawks squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to North Hardin (Radcliff, KY). The Hawks record now stands at 2-3.
