In Friday's non-league battle, the host Punahou Buff n' Blue volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Mira Costa Mustangs.

The Buff n' Blue (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, CA). The Dragons come into the non-league battle with a 24-1 record. In their last battle, Bishop O'Dowd nudged Kamehameha Kapalama (Honolulu, HI), 3-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Kamehameha Hawai'i Warriors (Kea'au, HI) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 8. Mira Costa will attempt to move on its 16-5 season record. The Warriors come into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA).
