The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Franklin Wildcats (Franklin, OH) and the visiting Newark Wildcats (Newark, OH), saw Franklin's lacrosse team achieve victory over Newark by a margin of 14-8.
The Wildcats (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Northmont (Clayton, OH). The Thunderbolts enter the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Northmont was overwhelmed by Centerville (Centerville, OH), 22-0, in a non-league challenge.
