The Lancers now sport a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Red Bud for a non-league match on Saturday, April 8. Belleville East will face a Musketeers squad coming off a 12-8 non-league win over Dupo (Dupo, IL). The Musketeers record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, Columbia falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to New Athens (New Athens, IL) to face the Yellow Jackets in a non-league match on Monday, April 10. The Yellow Jackets enter the match with a record of 1-5. New Athens lost 13-3 in their recent non-league match against Farina South Central (Farina, IL)
