The Vikings now sport a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host South Lenoir for a non-league match on Friday, April 7. D.H. Conley will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 17-0 league win over Kinston (Kinston, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 7-4.

With the loss, West Johnston falls to 11-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats host South Johnston (Four Oaks, NC) to face the Trojans in a Quad County 3A match on Tuesday, April 11. The Trojans enter the match with a record of 12-1. South Johnston won 22-0 in their recent league match against Fike (Wilson, NC)
