Greeneview Rams (Jamestown, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host West Liberty-Salem Tigers (West Liberty, OH), 9-5 in a non-league challenge.

The Rams now own a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Triad for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 10. Greeneview will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 5-2 non-league win over Riverside (De Graff, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-4.

With the loss, West Liberty-Salem falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Madison Plains (London, OH) to face the Golden Eagles in a Ohio Heritage South challenge on Monday, April 10. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 0-3. Madison Plains lost 13-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Jonathan Alder (Plain City, OH)
