Illinois High School Baseball - DePaul College Prep holds off St. Francis

The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the DePaul College Prep Rams (Chicago, IL) and the host St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL), saw DePaul College Prep's baseball team beat St. Francis by a margin of 4-0.
The Rams (12-0) will now prepare for their battle against IC Catholic Prep (Elmhurst, IL). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, IC Catholic Prep was overwhelmed by York (Elmhurst, IL), 9-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Spartans face the Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, April 9. St. Francis will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Ramblers enter the battle with a 4-6 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Marmion (Aurora, IL).
