Louisiana High School Baseball - Destrehan defeats South Lafourche

In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Destrehan Wildcats baseball team scored a close 9-4 win over the South Lafourche Tarpons.
The Wildcats (20-10) will now prepare for their game against Hahnville (Boutte, LA). The Tigers go into the 5A District 8 game with a 19-13 record. In their last game, Hahnville nudged Central Lafourche (Raceland, LA), 13-2, in a non-league game.
Next, the Tarpons play the Lutcher Bulldogs (Lutcher, LA) in a 4A District 8 game, on Tuesday, April 8. South Lafourche will attempt to improve on its 19-9 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 20-9 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Holden (Holden, LA).
