The Little Falls Mounties baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Westmoreland Bulldogs to 0 in the Mounties league win on Monday.

The Mounties now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clinton for a Section 3 Center State I test on Wednesday, April 9. Little Falls will play a Comets team coming off a 9-3 league win over Dolgeville (Dolgeville, NY). The Comets record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Westmoreland drops to 0-1 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Mt. Markham (West Winfield, NY) to play the Mustangs in a Section 3 Center State I test on Wednesday, April 9. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 2-1. Mt. Markham won 10-7 in their recent league test against Sherburne-Earlville (Sherburne, NY)
