In Monday's league game, the host Lower Merion Aces baseball team scored a close 9-2 win over the Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers.

The Aces (6-2) will now prepare for their game against Strath Haven (Wallingford, PA). The Panthers go into the Central game with a 4-2 record.
