In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers baseball team scored a close 10-8 win over the North Mac Panthers.
The Hilltoppers (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond (Arthur, IL). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond nudged Tri-County [Kansas/Shiloh/Oakland] (Kansas, IL), 7-4, in a league game.
