The Northview Vikings baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Peninsula Panthers to 3 in the Vikings non-league win on Monday.

The Vikings now hold a 8-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Costa Mesa for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8. Northview will play a Mustangs team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over West (Torrance, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-6.

With the defeat, Peninsula drops to 6-10 on the year. The Panthers travel to Century (Santa Ana, CA) to play the Centurions in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8. The Centurions go into the test with a record of 12-6. Century lost 8-6 in their recent non-league test against Covina (Covina, CA)
