In Monday's league contest, the visiting Amity Regional Spartans lacrosse squad scored a good 19-1 win over the Shelton Gaels.
The Spartans (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Wilton (Wilton, CT). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
Next, the Gaels meet the Law Lawmen (Milford, CT) in a Southern Connecticut contest, on Wednesday, April 9. Shelton will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Lawmen enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 19-12 league loss to Sacred Heart Academy (Hamden, CT).
