In Monday's league contest, the visiting St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-4 triumph over the Archbishop Hoban Knights.

The Fighting Irish (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin by Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH), 13-9, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Knights meet the Green Bulldogs (Uniontown, OH) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, April 10. Archbishop Hoban will attempt to better on its 5-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 0-4 record after their 12-0 non-league loss to Olmsted Falls (Olmsted Falls, OH).
