California High School Lacrosse - Rancho Cotate bounces Sonoma Academy

The Rancho Cotate Cougars lacrosse squad scored 18 points and limited the visiting Sonoma Academy Coyotes to 5 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Monday.
The Cougars now hold a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Miramonte for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 9. Rancho Cotate will clash with a Matadors squad coming off a 20-7 league win over Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 7-2.
With the loss, Sonoma Academy falls to 1-7 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Vintage (Napa, CA) to clash with the Crushers in a Vine Valley challenge on Tuesday, April 8. The Crushers go into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Vintage lost 19-3 in their recent league challenge against Justin-Siena (Napa, CA)
