In Monday's non-league match, the host Boulder Creek Jaguars softball team scored a tight 9-6 victory over the Apollo Hawks.

The Jaguars (4-5) will now prepare for their match against Camelback (Phoenix, AZ). The Spartans go into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Camelback was routed by Chandler (Chandler, AZ), 15-3, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Tolleson Wolverines (Tolleson, AZ) in a match, on Tuesday, April 8. Apollo will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Wolverines go into the match with a 1-5 record after their 17-2 non-league loss to Basha (Chandler, AZ).
