Alabama High School Softball - James Clemens bounces Decatur

The James Clemens Jets softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Decatur Red Raiders to 7 in the Jets non-league win on Monday.

The Jets now sport a 12-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Florence for a 7A Area 8 battle on Tuesday, April 8. James Clemens will encounter a Falcons team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Colbert Heights (Tuscumbia, AL). The Falcons record now stands at 9-16.

With the loss, Decatur moves to 2-24 on the season. The Red raiders travel to Danville (Danville, AL) to encounter the Hawks in a non-league battle on Friday, April 11. The Hawks come into the battle with a record of 16-13. Danville won 11-3 in their recent non-league battle against West Morgan (Trinity, AL)
