The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Midland Park Panthers (Midland Park, NJ) and the visiting Wood-Ridge Blue Devils (Wood-Ridge, NJ), observed Midland Park's softball team notch a victory over Wood-Ridge by a tally of 18-9.

The Panthers (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Waldwick (Waldwick, NJ). The Warriors come into the NJIC - Patriot outing with a 4-0 record.

With the loss, Wood-Ridge moves to 1-2 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Hasbrouck Heights (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ) to encounter the Aviators in a NJIC - Meadowlands outing on Wednesday, April 9. The Aviators come into the outing with a record of 4-0. Hasbrouck Heights won 16-4 in their recent non-league outing against Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ)
