In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Adrian Blackhawks softball team scored a nice 24-6 win over the Archie Whirlwinds.

The Blackhawks (8-4) will now prepare for their match against Lone Jack (Lone Jack, MO). The Mules come into the Class 2 District 8 match with a 7-1 record. In their last match, Lone Jack notched a victory over Kingsville (Kingsville, MO), 6-1, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Whirlwinds confront the Jasper Eagles (Jasper, MO) in a non-league match, on Thursday, April 9. Archie will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 5-8 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Liberal (Liberal, MO).
