Lugoff-Elgin Demons (Lugoff, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Christ School Greenies (Arden, NC), 5-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lugoff-Elgin upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Demons travel to St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC) to battle the Sharks in a non-league test on Monday, April 11. The Sharks come into the test with a record of 12-5. St. James won 13-2 in their recent non-league test against Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC)

With the defeat, Christ School falls to 5-9 on the season. The Greenies travel to Asheville Christian Academy (Swannanoa, NC) to battle the Lions in a NCISAA Carolina test on Tuesday, April 12. The Lions come into the test with a record of 6-7. Asheville Christian Academy won 12-1 in their recent league test against Asheville School (Independent) (Asheville, NC)
