The Valley Vikings baseball team (Gilcrest, CO), was overwhelmed 18-2 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Lutheran Lions (Parker, CO)

The Lions now hold a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 9. Lutheran will confront a Huskies team coming off a 15-6 non-league win over Valley (Gilcrest, CO). The Huskies record now stands at 6-0.

Next, the Vikings confront the The Academy Wildcats (Westminster, CO) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 9. Valley will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Wildcats go into the outing with a 3-1 record after their 3-3 non-league Platte Valley (Kersey, CO).
