The Peninsula Seahawks (Gig Harbor, WA) baseball trounced the host Port Angeles Roughriders (Port Angeles, WA), 7-1 in Friday's non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Seahawks play the Timberline Blazers (Lacey, WA) in a 3A South Sound contest, on Monday, April 11. Peninsula will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Blazers enter the contest with a 2-5 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA).
The Roughriders now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gig Harbor for a non-league contest on Saturday, April 9. Port Angeles will play a Tides squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Timberline (Lacey, WA). The Tides record now stands at 3-2.
