The Bishop McGuinness Villains lacrosse team scored 17 points and limited the host Grimsley Whirlies to 4 in the Villains non-league triumph on Friday.

The Villains (12-3) will now prepare for their game against Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC). The Wildcats enter the Mid-State/Mid Piedmont/NW Piedmont game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Eastern Guilford was overwhelmed by Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC), 18-1, in a league game.
