The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Rumson-Fair Haven Bulldogs (Rumson, NJ) and the host Howell Rebels (Farmingdale, NJ), saw Rumson-Fair Haven's lacrosse team top Howell by a margin of 17-6.
The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Red Bank Regional (Little Silver, NJ). The Bucs enter the non-league challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Red Bank Regional beat Point Pleasant Boro (Point Pleasant, NJ), 15-2, in a non-league challenge.
The Rebels (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Marlboro (Marlboro, NJ). The Mustangs enter the Shore A - North challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Marlboro was overwhelmed by Manalapan (Englishtown, NJ), 16-3, in a league challenge.
