The crowd at Friday's league game between the Pine Creek Eagles (Colorado Springs, CO) and the host Smoky Hill Buffaloes (Aurora, CO), saw Pine Creek's lacrosse team top Smoky Hill by a final score of 17-2.
The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO). The Kadets enter the non-league game with a 5-1 record. In their last game, Air Academy toppled Pueblo West (Pueblo West, CO), 14-0, in a non-league game.
The Buffaloes (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Denver North (Denver, CO). The Vikings enter the non-league game with a 1-2 record. In their last game, Denver North was overwhelmed by Northfield (Denver, CO), 18-1, in a league game.
