In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Frontenac Raiders softball team scored a nice 16-2 win over the Fort Scott Tigers.
Coming up next, the Raiders encounter the Prairie View Buffalos (La Cygne, KS) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, April 14. Frontenac will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Buffalos enter the outing with a 3-0 record after their 15-9 non-league win over Burlington (Burlington, KS).
The Tigers (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Chanute (Chanute, KS). The Blue Comets enter the non-league outing with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, Chanute ran past Paola (Paola, KS), 8-7, in a non-league outing.
