The Webster County Trojans the visiting Northwest Vikings softball squad by a final score of 11-8 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Trojans (3-5) will now prepare for their battle against Paducah Tilghman (Paducah, KY). The Blue Tornado go into the non-league battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Paducah Tilghman was routed by Lincoln (Gahanna, OH), 11-0, in a non-league battle.

The Vikings now possess a 1-11 record. They play next when they travel to Zionsville for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 9. Northwest will meet a Eagles squad coming off a 13-3 non-league loss to Center Grove (Greenwood, IN). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
