The Sabino Sabercats routed the visiting Walden Grove Red Wolves softball squad by a final score of 10-5 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Sabercats (22-3) will now prepare for their battle against Palo Verde (Tucson, AZ). The Titans go into the 3A South battle with a 4-8 record. In their last battle, Palo Verde nudged San Carlos (San Carlos, AZ), 14-4, in a non-league battle.

The Red Wolves now possess a 2-14 record. They play next when they travel to Amphitheater for a 4A Gila battle on Monday, April 11. Walden Grove will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Sahuarita (Sahuarita, AZ). The Panthers record now stands at 0-12.
